Why do you have an assault rifle?! Better yet, why did you bring it to the Obama rally?

Dozens brought guns to Pres. Obama's rally today for pro health care. Although somewhat alarming, this extreme demonstration was actually legal due to Arizona's open carry law. Basically you have the right in Arizona to carry a gun visibly in public if you are the legal gun owner.
Now why I could not find the pictures of the other reported gun toting demonstrators is beyond me. Perhaps, the other had a different complexion than this guy... I could only find pictures of this militant looking brother in the media.
Also, it's not clear exactly what his stance was other than the, "because he can" reason. Obviously, it was an move of intimidation... But,I'm just not sure if he was for or against Obama-care.
This causes a greater security concern for the likes of the secret service and the President's administration. Is this the start of a trend where gun owner's flex their rights at future rallies? Don't we just love to "one up" somebody else?
Is their enough security to keep the peace of these heated debates? The NRA have asked their members to bring their guns during these rallies. Will the members abide to their request? What precautions will be taken to ensure that people in the crowds are safe? What to say that "gun toters" are safe from others in the crowd? Will the President restrict his visits as a result of this?
