Failed parenting and broken communities are a danger to us all.
(UPH) -- Those who stood by to watch or ignore these senseless acts of violence are just to blame as the bad parenting.... Even people who don't report violent crimes are just as accountable as the perpetrators themselves. At least 50 people watched 15 kids go on a rampage that ended up taking the life of this young man. Surely, they could have banded together to stopped this violence. The sad thing is that Derrion would had been just another number if this event had not been video-taped.
The day has come for people to take action if they want things to change. Prevention and deterance is the only way to make a difference. No more town hall meetings or marches can prevent this cancer....

the fact that someone filmed this video disturbs me. they were probably more concern with showing their friends than the life of this young man. it's just tragic!
