Couldn't you use 79 million dollars for something else??




(UPH) - Instead of crashing a rocket into the moon to see if there is water beneath the surface....  I think I could find a few other uses for $79 million dollars.  It's just another way to waste research money!!!  Who justified this as a need??  What are your thoughts??
