President Obama Nobel Peace Prize?

"We trust that this award will strengthen his commitment, as the leader of the most powerful nation in the world, to continue promoting peace and the eradication of poverty," the foundation said in a statement.
Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize for "his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and co-operation between peoples", the Norwegian Nobel Committee said, according to an Associated Press report.

i think the biggest reason that he was awarded the prize was due to his ability to inspire a nation to the possibility of "change". he also set a new benchmark in eyes of black americas by breaking the ceiling on limited expectations of achievement. his election sparked one of the biggest shifts of thinking in our country. that is no small feat.
