(AP) --Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a psychiatrist at Fort Hood, was taken into custody, ending the shooting rampage.  Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan accused of opening fire at a military processing center, killing 13. 

(UPH) -- All of the major news outlets are covering this story so; I'm not going to go into detail.  But, one would wonder why a licensed psychiatrist would go on a senseless rampage like this.  This reaffirms the need to serve those who serve others. 


First, my prayers and condolences go out to those directly harmed in this tragedy.  Also, we must keep law enforcement, military officials, pastors, and other public servants in our prayers. They are responsible for counseling the masses but, there is often no one to counsel them.  This is just a tragedy all around....
