Film Synopsis: A substitute turned permanent employee sets out on a quest to empower today's youth simply by lending an ear and offering insight.
Coach B supervises an ISS classroom, however it is not your typical ISS class. He offers his students an open forum to vent their frustrations and discuss solutions. On this particular day however, the students' focus turns to Coach B. Their inquiries lead him to recap his ever so unfortunate beginnings and what has ultimately kept him around.
