A Legend.....Lost

The sport of basketball just lost a great one. Perhaps the greatest. John Wooden, the former UCLA Bruin head coach has passed away. Just a few months shy of his 100th birthday, he died of natural causes as his family stood at his bed side. Often referred to as the "Westwood Wizard", Wooden was most notably known for his dominance a few decades ago which included 10 championships, with seven of those coming in consecutive years(1967-73) and also 88 straight victories. While there are some great coaches in the game of college basketball....there will only be one John Wooden. R.I.P
