This Week in Ignorance

 

I’m Back folks and at it again.

 

There have been some ignorant things going on in the world today and I

just thought I would touch on them just a little bit.

There haven’t been that many running backs in the NFL that have run for

2000 yards in 1 season and I don’t think any of them were set to make

$550,000 following that season and I believe most had endorsement deals

as well. So I wonder; why didn’t the Tennessee Titans want to give this

man a contract extension? Whey doesn’t this man have any lofty

endorsements like Peyton Manning or Dwayne Wade? Roll Tape

 



Is it me, or did T-Pain start playing football last week? C’mon, now

that’s just ignorant. After being the franchise that had the infamous

Adam “Pacman” Jones, do you really think that you’d want Lil’ Wayne’s

cousin (twice removed, lol) as the face of your franchise?


All jokes aside, who is with these players to let them know that public

image in athletics is half of your talent? If you can’t dress, get a

haircut, speak proper English, or even speak during an interview

correctly (as you’ve just seen), how do you deserve a new contract?

IGNORANCE!!!!!!!

 

He ended up getting a raise that will pay him $2.5 million dollars this

yr, based off a performance incentive later in his contract that was

pushed up, but he wanted $30 million guaranteed. He’s a good guy, from

what we know. He’s not a trouble maker, good teammate, works hard, and an

underdog for most of his life. Does he deserve his money, yes. Will he

get it, probably no. The reasoning is probably based on looks alone.

Ignorant ain’t it?

Yes, WWE Monday Night Raw is the #1 Cable TV Show of all time and still

holds the throne in ratings this year. Crazy isn’t it? They sell more PPV

than Boxing and UFC combined, and sell out more arenas than the NBA.

Chairmen Vince McMahon is raking in money hand over foot. The funny thing

is that, IT’S NOT REAL! Everyone knows that! That’s Ignorant in itself.

 

You ask why do people still tune in to watch, sell out arenas across the

globe, and order the PPV? You should’ve have asked, here you go!

They sure do go out their way to make it look real right? And that’s not

the most ignorant thing I noticed about the WWE. How’s about the CEO

Linda McMahon quits the company. Not because she has a riff w/her

husband, but to run for Senator of Connecticut.

 

WHAT! Have you gone mad man?

 

She has even put up $50 million dollars of her own money (or Vince’s

money) to fund the campaign. Real or not, WWE has money to blow and they

are definitely gettin it in!

 

Is it the Shoes? He’s on Fire!!!!!

 

Remember NBA Jam folks? Wasn’t that the best video game ever created for

a while? The commentating was hilarious. But was it as hilarious as this

pick of newly signed Lakers Guard Steve Blake?

 





Everything in this pic looked great, w/the exception of his kicks. Looks

like he was cutting the grass and said, “Aww man, I got that photo shoot

to get to!”

 

I guess just b/c you signed a 4 year deal worth $16 million, doesn’t mean

the check had cleared the bank already. Or was this pic taken before pay

day? He still should be able to afford better kicks than those buddies he

had on. As they say on ESPN NFL Countdown, “C’MON MAN!”
