Say it ain't so...?

Sambuca is closing and being replaced by Ocean Prime...

(UPH) - I'm not sure what is going on here but, make sure you get a chance to support and patronize this wholesome restaurant before it closes its doors for good.  First they take away our good jazz stations in Atlanta, and now this...smh.

(Atlanta Business Chronicle) - Buckhead jazz club Sambuca is closing, with a new steak and seafood restaurant expected to open in its place.

Ocean Prime, a Columbus, Ohio-based restaurant, plans to open its first restaurant in that space in Atlanta in summer 2011 at 3102 Piedmont Road.

Ocean Prime started in 2006 and now has restaurants in Dallas, Detroit, Orlando, Tampa, Denver and Phoenix.

The Buckhead location will be 8,773 square feet.
