Idea: You got to have this to start off with right?  Companies pay big money for great ideas right?  The key here is to make sure that you have a sound idea that is worth developing...which may require further thought to validate moving forward.  But don't spend too much time trying to make your mind up though.

Action: Take your idea and actually do something with it.  Seems simple enough but, most people let fear prevent them from seizing the moment.  If you have an opportunity, take the next step to make it materialize.  If not, it will just become a useless great idea in your head.

Results: Now as you take immediate action, make sure that you have proper direction.  Without proper planning and research, you are liable to run the race in the wrong direction.  Action is great but, a bad strategy will probably lead you to poor results.  It goes back to old adage "you don't get paid for action, you get paid for results"....
