Applebee's, In Your Neighborhood?

What would you do if you took your family to Applebee's and your toddler was drinking more than Similac?
CNN is reporting that a 15 month old Michigan toddler was eating a kid's meal with his parents with what they thought was apple juice.
Come to find out, it wasn't apple juice, but margarita mix. The container was mislabeled.
This young child was rushed to the hospital with a blood alcohol level of .10. Most states have the legal driving limit for an adult is .08, so he was already over the adult limit and he's 15 months old.
What would you do in this situation?
