FIT: Tip Of The Day #12




TODAY'S FIT TIP: Getting enough sleep can do wonders for your health, both mentally

and physically. GET FIT! According to the National Sleep foundation, adults

should get 7 - 9 hours of sleep. However, I've found there's no standard it depends on you and

how much energy you exert. For example, sometimes I'm fine with only 5 hours of sleep and

sometimes I need 7 hours.
